A valid Drivers License (out of state & international O.K.)
Proof of liability insurance " that covers a rental car" must be present at time of rental.
Major Credit Card or Debit Card (VISA/MC Logo)
Minimum $300.00 available for security deposit
Additional funds for long term rentals
All rentals must be paid in advance

Mileage Restrictions:

100 miles per day included
Each additional mile $0.20
All vehicles are for local use only
Rentals can travel to San Diego, Santa Barbara and Palm Springs.
San Francisco and Las Vegas are restricted NO EXCEPTIONS
